1. Sponsor

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees, contractors, agents, and household members of Sponsor are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

3. Entry Period

Begins 12:00:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on November 2, 2025 and ends 11:59:59 p.m. PT on December 1, 2025 (the “Entry Period”). Sponsor’s clock is the official timekeeper.

4. How to Enter (free; Instagram only)

During the Entry Period:

(i) follow @PokePixelEmporium on Instagram; (ii) like the Announcement Reel; and (iii) comment “MEGA” and tag two (2) friends.

  Duplicate/spam/bot comments or comments violating Instagram’s Terms are disqualified.

  Your Instagram account must be public at the time of drawing to allow DM contact.

Entries do not roll over; each day’s drawing uses that day’s eligible entries only.

5. Prizes; Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”)

Daily Prizes (one per day): One (1) Mega Evolutions product; the specific product scales with our MEGA Meter tiers and may include:

Booster Pack, Sleeved Booster Pack, Mini Tin, 3-Pack Blister, Booster Bundle (6 packs), Elite Trainer Box (ETB), or Booster Box. Daily ARV range: approximately $5–$200 (actual value varies by product and market).

Grand Prize (if unlocked): THE MEGA LOT — one (1) of each Mega Evolutions product we stock (one Booster Pack, one Sleeved Booster Pack, one Mini Tin, one 3-Pack Blister, one Booster Bundle (6), one ETB (Style A), one ETB (Style B), and one Booster Box).

Estimated total ARV: $320.92.

(ARVs are estimates based on typical retail pricing for comparable items as of Nov 2, 2025; actual value may vary by availability and market.)

Prizes are awarded “as is.” No cash alternative or substitutions except by Sponsor due to unavailability, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be provided.

6. Winner Selection & Odds

Sponsor (or its agent) will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received for each day at or about 6:00 p.m. PT. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received for that drawing.

7. Winner Notification & Verification

Potential winners will be notified by Instagram Direct Message and must respond within 48 hours with eligibility confirmation and a U.S. shipping address. Failure to respond timely, inability to contact, ineligibility, or non-compliance may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Sponsor may post confirmed winners on the MEGA Meter page and/or Instagram.

8. Shipping & Taxes

Sponsor covers standard shipping within the U.S. Winners are solely responsible for any applicable taxes. Sponsor may require an affidavit of eligibility and IRS Form W-9 for prizes with ARV ≥ $600.

9. Publicity

By accepting a prize, winners grant Sponsor the right to use their name, Instagram handle, likeness, city/state, and prize information for advertising and promotional purposes in any media worldwide, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. Conduct

Entries that are incomplete, automated, or generated by scripts, bots, macros, or multiple accounts are void. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant tampering with the entry process or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

11. General Conditions

Sponsor may cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor. Void where prohibited. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

12. Release & Limitations of Liability

By participating, entrants release Sponsor, Instagram, The Pokémon Company, and their respective parents, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation or acceptance/use of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) lost, late, misdirected, or undeliverable entries or notifications; (ii) technical failures; or (iii) any injury or damage to persons or property related to participation.

13. Disputes; Governing Law

Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any and all disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action, and exclusively by the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by California law.

14. Privacy

Information collected is used to administer the Sweepstakes and otherwise in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

15. Winners List

To request a winners list, email support@pokepixelemporium.com with subject “Mega Evolutions Mania — Winners List” within 30 days after the Entry Period ends.

16. Instagram & Pokémon Disclosures

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or The Pokémon Company. You understand you are providing your information to Sponsor and not to Instagram or The Pokémon Company.

AMOE: do you need it?

Because your entry is completely free on Instagram (follow/like/comment; no purchase), an additional AMOE is generally not required for a U.S. sweepstakes. Many brands still include a simple email/webform AMOE as a belt-and-suspenders precaution (and to allow people without Instagram to enter). You’re fine to proceed without AMOE given your setup. If you later want one, I can generate a one-page AMOE form for your store.
